No trivia or quizzes yet. It was a tough read, but it was definitely worth it. Overall, I got a few pointers but feel the time would've been better spent elsewhere. I will be mindmapping my goals out using the processes in this book to completely see how it works for me and probably update my review afterward.

I am still undecided whether the author is on to something difficult to explain, or just blowing smoke. The pieces start to fall into place and it begins to grow into something truly compelling in your mind — and eventually, it wants out.

Completion When a project is completed, it can create a rush of emotions: It's just a wildly different approach from traditional 'self-help' books.

Overall, I got a few pointers but feel the time would've been better spent elsewhere. Because I intend to read it again — and perhaps multiple times.
Starting with fundamentals, Fritz sheds light on concepts that for the basis of self-awareness within the overall creative process that is explained in subsequent parts. Great book on how the structure of our lives versus our goals and ambitions really shapes how our lives and creations grow.
